Modify File Upload and Download Limits in Web Data Management

Configuration Overview

This configuration controls the maximum size of a single file that users can upload or download through Web Data Management.
When a file exceeds the configured limit, users are guided to use the Data Manager client instead.
The configuration administrator can relax or tighten the limit by modifying this setting.

Configuration Steps

• Log in to the platform with the configuration administrator account.
• Switch to the Data Management Configuration section under the Basic Configuration menu and update the settings.
• Submit the change and wait for the backend to apply it.

Verification

• Log in to the web portal, select a file that exceeds the configured limit, and try to download it. Confirm that the guidance prompt appears.
