Branding (Personalization)

The platform supports unified visual customization before and after user login to improve brand consistency and user experience. You can configure the Web login background, User Portal login background, User Portal desktop background, and User Portal watermark.

Web configuration​

Web login background image

Configure the background image of the unified platform login page.

  • Image requirements
    • Recommended formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, GIF
    • Recommended size: <= 5 MB
    • Recommended aspect ratio: 1:1, for example 72 x 72 px
  • Actions
    • Upload/replace background image
    • Restore default background image

User Portal configuration​

  1. User Portal login background image

Configure the background image of the User Portal login page.

  • Image requirements
    • Recommended formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, GIF
    • Recommended size: <= 5 MB
    • Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9, for example 1280 x 720 px
  • Actions
    • Upload/replace background image
    • Restore default background image

Configure the background image of the User Portal desktop after login.

  • Image requirements
    • Recommended formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP, GIF
    • Recommended size: <= 5 MB
    • Recommended aspect ratio: 16:9, for example 1280 x 720 px
  • Actions
    • Upload/replace background image
    • Restore default background image
  1. User Portal watermark

Add a security watermark to all User Portal pages to improve traceability.

  • Default: Watermark is disabled by default and must be enabled manually.
  • Watermark content: After enabling, the background shows a tiled watermark of "username time" (example: xiaoming 2025-12-08 10:30:00).
  • Action: Enable/disable watermark.

Notes​

  • Image optimization: Use compressed high-quality images to avoid large files that slow loading.
  • Resolution fit: Use recommended aspect ratios to ensure proper display across devices.
  • Watermark impact: Watermarks may slightly affect visuals. Enable based on security requirements.
  • User cache: After changing backgrounds, users may need to refresh or re-login due to browser caching.
