RDP Login

This guide explains how to use RDP Login in Desktop Portal to access Windows systems via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

Prerequisites

  • You have a Desktop Portal account and are logged in.
  • You have at least one authorized desktop. Contact your administrator if needed.
  • You have desktop read permission and RDP connect/disconnect permission. Contact your administrator if needed.

Connect via WebRDP

  1. Log in to Desktop Portal and open Cloud Workbench from the top navigation bar.
  2. On the Cloud Workbench page, click RDP Login. An RDP window appears and lists your authorized desktops. Select a desktop name and wait a few seconds. Desktop Portal will open an RDP session to a desktop node automatically.
