Desktop List

This guide explains how to use Desktop List in Desktop Portal to view the status of all desktops you are authorized to access, including node count, active connections, and more.

Prerequisites

  • You have a Desktop Portal account and are logged in.
  • You have permission to access desktops. Contact your administrator if needed.

View the Desktop List

  1. Log in to Desktop Portal.

  2. On the Cloud Workbench page, click Desktop List.

  3. The Desktop List page shows the following information:

    • Desktop name: the desktop's name.

    • Status: current status, such as running or stopped.

    • Node count: number of nodes that belong to the desktop.

    • Active connections: number of users currently connected to the desktop.

    • Created at: the time the desktop was created.

FAQs

  • Can't view Desktop List: confirm you have desktop access permission; check your network connectivity.
  • Desktop status looks abnormal: contact your administrator to check desktop configuration and runtime status.
