In-Session File Transfer

For small files (under 200 MB), you can also use the in-session file transfer feature:

After logging in via WebSSH, WebVNC, or WebRDP, click the file transfer icon on the right side of the session window to open the panel. See Clipboard and File Transfer.

DataManager Client

For large files (over 200 MB), we recommend using Fastone's DataManager client (DM):

  1. Download and install DM. The download URL is http://<ip-address>/download.
  2. Open DataManager and log in with your FCP account.
  3. Select the files to upload or download.
  4. Click Start Transfer.
tip

If DM is installed on your computer, when you try to upload a file larger than 200 MB in File Management, the client may be launched automatically.
