Order Management Overview

The Orders page is used to view and manage purchase and refund records for prepaid resources (monthly/yearly) purchased through the platform. It displays key details for each order so you can track costs and order status.

Note: After confirming a purchase, it takes some time for resource provisioning and status synchronization. Please wait and refresh the page later.

Order fields

Each row in the list represents an order and includes:

  • Resource ID: Unique identifier of the purchased resource (compute, file system, etc.).
  • Instance type: Resource specification/model, for example g1.c5.4.
  • Resource type: Category, such as compute resources or file systems.
  • Order ID: Unique order number used for support or troubleshooting.
  • Transaction date: Time when the payment completed.
  • Billing type: Monthly or yearly.
  • Action: Business action of the order, such as New monthly purchase, New yearly purchase, Pay-as-you-go to monthly, Pay-as-you-go to yearly, etc.
  • Platform OS: Operating system platform: Linux or Windows.
  • Unit price: Price per billing unit (typically per month or per year) for prepaid billing.
  • Purchase duration: Prepaid duration, for example 1 month, 2 months.
  • Transaction status: Payment status, such as Success, Full refund.
  • Effective status: Service status, such as Effective, Expired.
  • Total cost: Total amount of the order.

Tips

  1. Verify orders: Use this list to verify purchase records and costs for resources.
  2. Manage resources: Use the effective status to understand the lifecycle of prepaid resources.
  3. Processing time: After confirming a purchase, the system typically needs about 10 minutes to allocate resources and update status.
  4. Contact support: For more detailed consumption breakdowns or for non-prepaid orders, contact Fastone support.
