Account Settings

Account Settings allows you to manage personal information, security settings, and VNC configuration to improve account security and user experience.

My account

This section shows basic account information including username, email, and name. You can edit email and name. Click Save to apply changes.

Security settings

This section provides core account security options.

1. Change password

Update your login password by providing the current password, new password, and confirmation. The new password must meet the system password policy. After a successful change, all existing login sessions become invalid.

2. SSH key management

Supports passwordless login using SSH keys. You can:

  • Create a new key pair: Generated by the system. Download and keep the private key safe.
  • Add an existing public key: Supports adding one existing public key.

You can view or delete bound public keys here. For more information, see SSH Certificates.

VNC configuration

Configure the resolution of VNC remote desktops.

  • Resolution (px): Select a preset resolution (for example, 1920 x 1080).

The setting takes effect the next time you create a VNC connection. Existing connections must reconnect to apply it.

License management

This section is visible and editable only for platform administrators.

  • View and update: Admins can view global license status (usage, expiration time, etc.) and upload/update license files.
  • Regular users: Non-admin users cannot see this section or any related information.

  2. Click Update License or Service Package. For license authorization, contact sales.
  3. You can upload a file or paste the license content.
  4. Confirm the information and click Confirm to import.

For more information, see License.

Notes

  • Changing your name may affect how you are displayed in approval flows and other business scenarios.
  • After changing email, check your inbox for verification email.
  • Changing password does not force logout immediately. Use the new password the next time you log in.
  • Back up your SSH private key safely. Lost private keys cannot be recovered.
  • Choose from preset VNC resolutions. Very high resolutions may reduce responsiveness on poor networks.
